I have never had a computer last me so long and keep up with all my work I do on everyday basis. Hands down the best computer I have purchased.

Needed something that would run a little faster and wanted a large screen, this is working out perfect so far. Also, wanted a laptop I could use on the go when traveling.

This is a great laptop! It’s fast and the battery lasts a long time. The larger screen makes it easier to see everything, and the 10-key on the keyboard is super nice!

Great for work and travel. The screen size and speed are exactly what I was looking for. This is the second one I've purchased.

Pros: 1. Huge screen! Great for watching videos and movies 2. It's very quiet and does not get heat 3. Fast to boost and good speed Cons: 1. Mine came with a defect? My ear buds and headphones did not work properly on this computer. It lags every few minutes. They work fine on another Dell Pc, so I think this HP has something wrong. 2. Silver letters on the keyboard is really hard to see. 3. This PC does not have a memory card slot. You just cannot download photos from your camera. 4. Colors are not so great on the screen. 5. Buttery life is very short. Cons weighed over pros, so I returned and bought another Dell after all.

I really like this laptop! I wanted to get a computer that is fast with no lagging or delays and this is laptop fits the bill. I love the big screen, too. Recommend!!

Laptop is almost 1 year old and still working well although seems to be a bit slower lately, but bringing it in for checkup or cleanup as needed to make sure I haven't downloaded any malware.

Is for a full time college student and is getting the job done perfectly. Huge screen, battery life is about 10 to 12 hours, and charges in no time whatsoever.

I think that Chrome books are the best computers on the market today because the never get any viruses at least since I've owned them. Also never have to settle for a bad price ever.

Great laptop and great value, I have had a HP for 10yrs. Hope to get the same miles out of this model. Screen is great size. Light weight.

Nice size screen and i5 Gen 11 is fast. You do need to have a cloud account or a large external hard drive as 256G runs out quick. Great laptop though

Great laptop for the price. Fit my needs perfectly. Large screen is easy to read. It has the features I required and so far, the battery life is good.

I brought this for my sons last year of high school and for him to use in college. I have not had to take it to get repaired. It has been running great.

I was able to get this laptop at a very good price while on sale. So far everything is running smoothly with all the upgraded features.

Love my new HP Laptop! New operating system is so much faster and intuitive. Geek squad came out and transferred all my data and did the back up. Good for dinosaurs like me!
