I am still learning all the differences between using my old i5 with Windows 7 processor to this new one that has Windows 10... it really can do a lot of things...it will take a while to get up to speed... I was disappointed in one thing and it was that I thought that this had the tablet feature of the 2 in 1 but it will still be good to have the touch screen even if it is a little more difficult to just use it for notetaking.... I am glad to have the built in DVD player/recorder that the other one did not...

I use this computer mostly for my photography business. I use Creative Cloud and the salesperson at Best Buy told this computer would be extremely fast. Well, it's faster than my 2006 HP, but I think maybe my expectations were too high as far as the speed factor. The screen display is very bright & crisp. I've had the computer for 2 months now & as I use it more, the more I like it. I haven't figured out all the features yet, but I do enjoy the automatic edits you can use when you pull up a photo.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My last 3 laptop purchases have been HP and the last one was an Envy that I had great luck with until a child stepped on it; so, I went for the next Envy version when I had to replace it. Worst mistake ever! It has been glitchy since purchase. Sometimes the keyboard just stops functioning. Other times, the entire screen starts flashing like someone is clicking the mouse or touching the touchscreen while nothing is occurring. There is literally no way to stop this rhythmic seizure without hard disconnecting the device from the power button because it will not allow you to click anything to actually log off. Last week it was inoperable for four days because it would not type a letter once but instead 2 times each until I rebooted the machine and then went to typing the letters 4 times with each keystroke. Miraculously, it just poof stopped doing it. No updates installed, no setting changes, literally no interaction from me. I will eventually throw this machine against a wall and just be out the cost of this junk laptop. I am super disappointed in HP and their product but also Best Buy for not giving me any notice that is was a piece of junk when I needed a replacement. Literally not good for anything more than a paperweight right now
