I bought this laptop because it had mostly all the features that I needed. I gave a chance for week but I ended up not liking it. The screen is to big and I am unable to see around it. It was to heavy to work on my lap. Overall it has great features and good laptop. Not for me, sadly I ended up returning it and bought a new one from HP directly.

Was hard to decide on whether or not to move to a laptop after using tower PCs for many, many years. But so glad I did. Added a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard and It's like having my tower PC but without all the heavy hardware and uses up much less space. Love the screen resolution too. Very sharp picture.

This thin laptop is lightweight, attractive and easy to use. Large 17" touch screen.

It is a very nice computer. I love the big screen.

Purchasing a new computer was not what I wanted to do, but what I had to do to update my operating system. The sales associate was very helpful in choosing the computer that met my needs. Getting to learn Windows 10 has been a little trying, but I am slowly learning all of its functions. I really like the screen.

I'm writing my review from laptop being reviewed. This was an open box special, so when I got the laptop home and started the install, it just hung forever. I went through the factory restore and setup went through like a champ. I have no negative complaints for this laptop.

The overall performance of this laptop is superb and the video display is excellent. The audio is acceptable, but sounds tinny to me. The trackpad is horrible - not useable in my opinion. I was looking for a new laptop (for home use) for some time and am very happy with this purchase.

my former laptop crashed on a recent business trip and I walked into Best Buy and found this. Fits my needs. I don't recommend computers to friends....I assume they have the brains to select what they need all by themselves....which is why I marked NO in the "recommend to a friend" box.

My Dell laptop died on my unexpectedly and I needed to replace it asap! My honey and I went in to the store and decided that this was the best fit for my needs. I love it! It's waaaayyyyy better then my stupid Dell that I bought from Wal-Mart.

Returned because it froze up when I went to set it up. Screen blacked out on it.

I love my new laptop it is beautiful, lightweight and key strokes are perfect. The only down fall on this computer is there are only 2 USB ports and is not compatible with my dual screen so had to buy a new one tried an extension but did not work. So if you need dual screens plan on adding more to the cost.

Love it! Lit keyboard a plus! The fact that it still has CD-ROM drive also a plus..... Would recommend to anyone I know! Fits our needs perfectly...
