Fast processor, great screen resolution, adequate sound for a laptop, overall does everything needed. Plenty of RAM and hard drive capacity. For a large size laptop--great buy.

The touch pad is a bit quirky, otherwise would have given this laptop a 5-star rating. It had what I wanted: 1 TB HD, fast processor, 16 GB memory, CD drive, right hand number pad, lit keyboard, and excellent screen quality. Very happy with this purchase!

I have absolutely no complaints with this laptop. It has been quite the work horse. We use it for our business as the only computer in the office, and it has worked great.

This is a replacement laptop, purchased when my previous laptop suffered a hardware malfunction. Both had Windows 10, but comparing the ease of use between two computers favors the HP.
