Hardware problem and slow for an i7.

I was initially disappointed by the mediocre performance considering it had an i7 processor and 16gb of ram. As I used it I discovered the webcam was not working. 3 hours with HP support and doing a 4 hour factory reset and it still was blind. HP said send it in for repair but the last time I did that it was 5 weeks so I returned it.

Wanted to like this computer

We had problems with the first one ha d to return it because of a dead pixel then the new computer kept having a black screen. Finally decided to return it and get a desktop
