Everything I purchase at Best Buy is as advertised and competitively priced. The people are friendly and helpful.

Was a bit upset with the performance speed and wound up returning it for a different PC. Just wasn't good enough for what I needed it for and just wasn't patient enough for it either. Other than speed it was pretty good.

I like the idea of it being all-in-one. Takes up a minimum of space on my desk and looks good on my desk.

Bought this computer for a stand up desk in the kitchen, to save my back from excessive sitting while doing data entry. Works great, and takes very little space.

This computer crashed on me 2 days after my purchase and I barely used it those two days because I was busy. When I turned it on it started rebooting itself on its own and continuously did till it finally gave me the option to repair my computer. I spent a whole night trying to figure out why a brand new computer would crash on me when I barely used it. I had to come in and exchanged it for the exact same thing again and didn't have a problem since. It's a good deal for the price paid.

I bought a new HP desktop Windows 10 computer and love it. Much better than the version of Windows 8.

The price was reasonable for the features. It took awhile to set up my scan capabilities on my laptop but was able to complete it. I don't do a lot of copies yet, so this product currently serves my needs.

I really liked the ease of use with this computer, but I've already had two "blue screens of death" and had to take it to be fixed. Not great when I've had it for just over two weeks. If it happens again, Best Buy better give me a new machine.

painfully slow for a new PC for basic usage. Too clattered with windows apps - unnecessary for a desk top. apps better for mobile devices and really not needed for a desk top since its supposed to do what a mobile device can't handle. All the clatter of apps slow the system down. Like it but too slow. Very frequent requests for updates, stalling the pc almost every after a week or less

We ended up buying this computer in a time crunch. We needed a replacement urgently and this one had a sale. While it had the original free virus protection I kept having issues with Windows not opening the tool bar menu, I kept having to restart on several occasions; however now that the trial is over and it no longer opens automatically, I have not had one issue. Maybe this was a glitch? The computer itself is okay, wish it had a better "neck" to hold up the computer the touch screen works only when trying to write on a map? not very useful. But it does the job.

I love it, wonderful choice!!!!! I am very pleased with the quality and features of this product.

this is our 3rd computer. the 1rst one we used 1 day. took it back and tech said it was looking for it's mind! we had to go to Portland for its' replacement--it lasted 2 and a half weeks--wouldn't do anything after getting the screen savior on--just flashed behind it when trying to go online. we are on our 3rd one--have had a few messages, but worked through them. If this doesn't work out, we will have to go to a different computer. this one is very compact--no tower.

I purchased this all in one computer for my parents. They love it! This is a great computer and user-friendly.

Easy to setup. Great style. Doesn't take up too much space. Just getting to know all it does.

Window 10 needs more improvements it makes to PC run really slow and at this time I will not get windows 10 again.

I brought ty he computer for my son. And he seem to really like it. He is always using it.

This computer is perfect for the person that doesn't have the space for the traditional desk top setup. It is fast enough that you don't have to worry about it lagging.

The computer was nice but not what I wanted. So I packed it up and took it to the UPS office insured it, and returned it.

I like the product. Priced just right. Wish all the pieces matched (Monitor is white, key board and mouse are black) but still a good product.
