Works like new after 2 years!

love my new HP

Get what you pay for

HP blames it on Windows download but we exchanged for a second unit at Best Buy and have the same issues. HP even had the audacity to try and charge us extra to send us a recovery disk....for a computer that was 48 hours old and used once!
