Very slow computer. I ran an uninstall program to remove all the junk that's preinstalled. After that, it's manageable for a web browsing only PC.

Great computer for my grandchildren to use for school work. Easy for children to understand and homework is easier and neater

For the price, it was perfect for my mother's needs. She just wanted to check email, and go online. It has all she needs and quite a few extras. Nice style as well.

As I needed a PC that is easy to move from one home to another, this All-in-one PC was just perfect. Almost like a large screen laptop, but much less expensive.

Got the computer for my less-than-tech-savvy brother and it was fine for browsing, only. Computer was slow from the get-go but as he only uses it for online shopping and browsing, no streaming or games, it was seemingly okay aside from it not waking up from the sleep mode occasionally. Until about a week ago, it wouldn't wake up from sleep/idle so he had to do a hard rest and was greeted with the dreaded blue error screen, complete with the insipid :( emoticon. This loaded to an options screen where you could continue to Windows 10 or try and trouble shoot. This leads to an unending loop to the same error/options screen independent of the options you choose. You can also go to a command prompt but it's locked onto an x drive(there is only the c and d drives on the computer) and there is no way to redirect the prompt to an actual, existing drive. Also, I'm pointing out that the computer arrived with NO recovery discs so we had to purchase them for $40 from HP. All-in-ones have always been sub-par to towers, so just save your money and avoid this heap of junk!

This is an excellent compact AIO that does just about everything. It was purchased based on my recommendation by an older non-computer savvy couple. After I set it up, it is a perfect fit in their small den. With Windows 10, built in speakers, and wireless keyboard and mouse, (purchased separately), its a great AIO for the non-geek type users.

For the price, this is a great computer. Fits our purpose.

I was told this computer was a great buy for an inexpensive desktop. I had major doubts because of its price. I was 100% wrong, it's fast, efficient and beautiful!! I love it and loved the price more. What great deal, I downloaded microsoft office, not included, and it's perfect!

This works great for my kids. I have bought 2 of them and will be buying the third one soon.
