My mom needed a new PC and we researched this one beforehand. The only compliant was that one of the USB ports was in the back making it hard to co next certain things but other than that no problems.

The computer was certainly inexpensive, but in less than 30 days it was no longer playing audio for youtube videos and I cannot figure out how to correct the issue. It started out pretty fast on the wifi, but it has slowed to a snails pace in no time, no real reason for it to do so.

Computer works great. I bought it strictly for school work and online research. I have had it for a little over one month now and I love it. Not to mention, it just looks fancy sitting at my desk :)

I went in to pick up the computer I had purchased online, and when I got there they made sure I knew everything I needed. They talk to me about setting up the computer and who to call if I had any problems. Best Buy customer service is the best.

Good for the purpose but can't read DVDs. My son likes it

GREAT FOR A SMALL CHILD PLAYING GAMES ON RAINY DAYS

I am not sure if this was just an issue for me but this particular all in one kept crashing on me. It is a good looking computer but I am sad to say not a good one for the purpose that I needed it for.

I really loved the way it sits on my desktop and meets all my needs. I bought it for internet browsing as well as using some apps for my home office. It nicely fits my budget and needs. I couldn't ask for more.

I like this computer so much , I purchased the same one for my business. It's easy to set up and takes up less room than a traditional desktop.

Will call HP And GO INTO bEST bUY. Computer was a good choice before crash

I have had several computers, tablets, etc but this one is superior and it feels like an expense computer with many great features. I like the all in one its just what I wanted.

I usually like HP computer, but since I bought the computer, I have been to Greek Squad twice. The first time was within the first month. The computer was bought for a 73yoa and it is not user friendly

This isn't the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it does the job. Don't anticipate getting too many things done at once with this machine...

It's great for what I needed but it stopped working and Best Buy exchanged it for me easily without a hassle

I purchased 2 of these for my office. What a great deal! They are more than adequate for my small business. My staff loves them too.... lots more desk space.. LOL

I bought it for my boys and they use it with no problems. Works great! And I got it for a great price too.

I purchased this computer for my daughter and it's an excellent buy!! I have plenty of room on top of her desk for other items!!!!!!! Love it!
