The first day out of the box is was very slow then started to freeze on me. Not happy at all. The saying still stands. You get what you pay for.

Never fixed itself Windows 10 is the worst!!! I will be returing this of asap

This computer should have made it at least 1 year without breaking. It crashed and instead of having great, helpful Geek Squads they charged $150 to "fix it". Will not buy another computer from Best Buy.

Keypad feels good and is easy to type on. Very affordable and strong HP quality. Excellent graphics and a great deal for a small price. Also easy to install Microsoft on. Had all up and going in 10 minutes!! And for me the internet works great.

I restored to original condition, uninstalled Mcafee, then installed Norton again. It crashed again. I returned it and bought a different HP unit.

Out of the box, setup worked fine, until reboot; computer got stuck in a Windows Automatic Repair loop and would not start up again. You will need to reconfigure the BIOS to disable Safe Boot to get it to work. Otherwise it's a nice machine.
