I wish I could return this computer. I should have bought a better computer

This computer is a little slower than other machines available for not much more, however, everything seems to work ok. The speakers are decent for an all-in-one box. I do recommend removing the pre-installed Virus checker and getting something like ESET instead, as it greatly improved the machine's performance. It works good enough to sit on the kitchen counter as a basic web browsing / video playing machine.

Purchased this HP for my mom, had it up and running in about 10 minutes and she was good to go. Does everything it said it would, and everything she needs!

I bought this computer to replace my 2011 HP Desktop. Set up was quick and easy and I was online in no time. The monitor is light and slim and and great space saver. Windows 10 took a little bit to get used to, but even that went smoothly. If you are looking for an inexpensive computer for everyday use, I highly recommend this one.

I love this desk top! It has made writing my papers for class so much easier! If your a university student looking for a nice inexpensive desktop this is it.

This computer is super slow- but for the price, it does the basics...just very slowly-lol... & you probably already realize looking in this price point that it isn't going to be a grade A system. The Windows 10 installed is buggy--IE crashed within days of using. I tried to give it to my husband, he laughed...my son didn't even want it, he prefers his 5 year old laptop to this! It was too late to return it so we moved it to the kitchen bar counter where it sits as decoration...(the good thing is, it doesn't take up a lot of space!) I took my old Dell in and got a new hard drive installed for $68 less than this whole computer costs & it is as good as new, so I use it! This computer was a $299 down the toilet lesson learned. If you just want a BASIC computer that you can wait on and don't need to have multiple windows open, this will prob work for you--otherwise, spend a few more bucks and get something better

This computer is wonderful. Very convenient and surprisingly easy to set up and use. The screen is a nice size and very easy to navigate. Bought for my 77 year old Mother, but when the kids come over they fight over who is going to use it.

I purchased this because I relocated to a new city and my desktop was in storage. I thought that I would be able to get by with my surface for 90 days until moving and that just didn't work out. So I needed a desktop to do some work and this barely fits the bill. It is very SLOW. Aesthetically speaking I really like it but if I needed to do heavy duty work this would have been returned immediately. I am not sure why the decided to pair a black keyboard with a white monitor.. that makes no sense at all and I immediately replaced the standard keyboard with another white and silver. I would recommend this for a professional, or perhaps a college student who only needs to browse the internet occasionally and write papers. I notice when loading pages this PC frerquently stutters - it will load majority of the page but freeze briefly. It's a major annoyance and I plan to retire it to a guest room once I'm no longer living in temporary housing. The pro's are that the screen is large, nice and clear and the speakers are loud, without crackling.

All in one is ok..kind of slow at times but a overall good computer

Unlike other PCs that take up an excessive amount of space, this PC is compact and performs well for standard homework/light business functions. It's extremely well priced for the quality and portability of the PC.

I thought buying a new computer it would work great and not have any problems. I mean who wouldn't when you just purchase something brand new. So, I give it time to load and update and still when doing anything, not even on the internet, it is very slow and stalls and freezes. I guess I should have known only being $300. I took it back to the store and they said others were having the same issue. It was stalling and freezing up. And that it was the processor. It is like having a 5 year old computer. So, now I know that you have to pay a little more to have decent quality. I would recommend a DELL.

I purchased this computer yesterday, so far it's been doing great. Haven't had any problems, expect for it taking a long time to load. I was able to get this computer at a low price because of the open box policy and the extra discount that they offer at my local Best Buy. The one complaint that I do have about this computer is the coloring match. The computer that I purchased came in Blizzard White, which is awesome but it's only the desktop. The keyboard and mouse that came along with the system is black. It's not a good match at all and I'm debating weather to return the computer or purchase a matching keyboard and mouse. Overall, the computer was a good investment. The color matching isn't great. If you're looking for a computer that resembles the Mac system then this wouldn't be for you. The HP All in One for 349.99 all white is something very similar.

I purchased this computer for my business and it does everything I need. I just wish it was faster.

I bought today because of the reviews, wanted something low in price with good reviews. Bought it because reviews said its fast, but when I started it up, it was super slow. Takes like 15 seconds to load a page as compared to my mac air less than a second. I returned it hours later and bought a iMac. You get what you pay for.

Received computer within 2 days. Set up very easy. Not computer literate! Highly recommended. Buying was very easy, follow up on shipping same. 3rd computer. 2 HP's 1 Dell. Glad I went back to HP.

M mother needed an upgrade on her computer and this one was perfect, she only does banking online so this is just what she needed, simple, nothing too fancy.

this pc was super slow right out of the box. i even tried to mess with the properties and setting to speed it up. its amazing how a brand new pc can be as slow as a ten yr old pc.

For the price, it is a good computer. I would however pay the extra $100 and get a better processor. It's mostly used for the kids to do homework

My son had been pleading for a computer to play Minecraft and seeing this one was on sale, I finally relented. So far so good! The graphics are clear and colorful. I will say he told me the mic doesn't always work so I bought him an external mic to chat with his friends. Other than that, there are no problems and I'm a happy mom!

This all-in-one is just the right size for a living room desk. No complaints!
