Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box, it was nice. 4 months into ownership, it went into and infinite reboot loop. I'm unable to even get it into "Safe Mode" to troubleshoot it. My only options now are to pay almost half what I paid for it to diagnose the problem or ship it back to HP and who knows what it will cost. So for now it's an expensive paperweight.

Slow!!

A dud
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for basic internet access and email, work on computers all day so just wanted a good all around computer. After one month, the monitor no longer produced a clear image, very pixilated and "watery", I took it to Geek Squad and they sent it out for factory refurbishment--new mother board and more. It worked okay (it is very slow) for a couple weeks, then it would not turn on, and when it finally did, the desktop icons and internet were gone. Wish I had bought a traditional tower or a new laptop.

Much slower than I expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was aware this was a lower performance AiO unit but it's so much worse than I expected it would be. I cannot have more than 2 windows open otherwise speed drops drastically. I initially purchased to do data entry work online from home and it does that, ONLY THAT. Trying to multi-task on this machine is impossible. I suppose in relation to cost, it is fair. I was enchanted by low price and aesthetic, don't be if you're looking for good performance.

Don't Buy This All-In-One
