Incredibly easy set up. Fast enough, and nice large screen. I would recommend this for any person who isn't a power user.

The price is what it made appealing the space it took up was minimal and it is very user friendly

This computer is exactly what my daughter needed and compact and the color is perfect with her room decor.

It was a gift for a senior and they struggled to see the keys (gray letters against a white backdrop) but this was a great value for what you get.

I was not able to be here since I was still at work. I was hoping the the install wouldn't happen until I arrived home from work at 5:30 pm. My mother who is elderly would not be able to oversee that everything needed was transferred from her old computer. The tech did his best to contact me before and after the install and that I could contact if something else was needed. My understanding is he was courteous and professional. I just wish we could schedule appt. later in the day for people like myself who have to work.

The camera quality is ok. The only problem we have had is with the volume. Overall it is a really great computer for my kids and their virtual learning.

Great home computer, wife loves it to keep up with house whole bills and keeping records. Daughter find it fast and easy for school work.

My son set it up for me in my new desk and it gits perfect and does not take up a lot of room. Also is easy to use.

I believe this is my first HP computer. I actually only brought it because I knocked mine over and it broke. It was the cheapest and I needed it because of Covid-19 to work from home. I just wish the screen was a little bigger. touch screen and was in black. Otherwise I find it sufficient for the price and brand name and would definitely recommend it. Because I’m not tech savvy it was extremely easy to set- 1 2 3. Easiest computer set up ever.

Unit was and is a bit slow, but everything seems to be working well and (so far) I have no real complaints. For the price it's a great machine.

I loved how easy it was to set up. Very easy instructions and the size of it fits perfect on my small desk.

Returned today for a few reasons. First, it is slow, very slow. I found myself always running the task manager to see what was the hold-up but nothing was running in the background. Next, the web camera is o.k. but the microphone doesn't pick up much unless you are right on top of the screen. It would be nice to see if a memory upgrade or a SSD would speed things up but sadly most all-in-ones are as-is and upgrades are unavailable.

Just purchased this to put my kids online for the covid-19. Runs a lil slow at times. But overall great for them. Best Buy had a great price too. :))

It's a great PC. Easy to setup and get going. Only thing I would recommend is to have a higher volume set. Even set all the way up, it's not loud at all.

This was a gift and I am pleased with this purchase (the receiver is happy). The price was right and the product is good.
