I didn’t want to buy a new computer BUT when your “antique” quits you have no choice. The Techs, Angel, at Best Buy guided me thru and delivered on getting me something that would work for me and now this senior lady is HaPpY again!

NICE COMPUTER THE KEYS TEND TO STICK AT TIMES. YOU HAVE TO HIT THEM DIRECTLY AND HARD SO THAT IT CAN RECOGNIZE THAT YOU ARE HITTING A CERTAIN KEY.BEEN AWHILE SINCE I PURCHASED A COMPUTER AND I WAS USE TO ALL THE KEYS AS THEY WERE. I THINK THE SYMBOLS COULD BE A LITTLE BIGGER PERIOD, COMMA ETC. AS I WEAR GLAEESES FOR EADING AND STILL FIND IT HARD TO TELL THEM APART. LUCKY FOR ME I HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE OF WHERE THEY SHOULD BE! OVERALL GOOD BUY!

This computer doesn’t have a lot of cords. It’s very easy to setup and it’s very easy to use!

Overall its a great computer but should have gotten more ram. However for the price it is great!

The computer looks good and works adequately, but it has only four USB ports, two of which are taken up by the keyboard and the mouse and a third by the printer. If I want to put an external hard drive on it, I have no room for any other thumb drive or anything else. Plus, every time it goes to sleep it forgets it has a keyboard. Even when we restart it, the keyboard still doesn't work. We have to shut it down and restart it for it to know it has a keyboard attached. Otherwise, it's a fine computer.

I’m not doing much with this but it serves its purpose. I don’t use it that often but I still have not had any issues. Easy setup and navigation

It's a good deal for the money but it's slow. It's compact and fits in most spots.

Easy experience purchasing this computer. Monitor is a good size and clear. Keyboard keys are a little flat and close. Good value.

We bought this computer for my dad who’s 90. It was easy to set up and it’s easy for him to navigate to check his email and access the internet.

This a the best small computer for the price and does everything that some of the higher priced ones do maybe a little less storage.

Once you figure out where things are at and apps you have to down load to be active it's a great computer, and the price was outstanding.

Nice computer, really like the all-in-one setup but it isn't as fast as I would've liked. Not one for online gaming but perfect for my school stuff.

To slow not enough memory, freezes up when you have to many apps open. Can't add apps.

I bought this for my mom in CT. She asked me to help her look for a desktop apparently her current desktop is too old to get repaired or upgraded. I went to the Best Buy website and this seemed to be the best value for her needs. I had it shipped to her and my nephew did the swap from old to new desktop. She called me to thank me and is very happy with her new computer. I can’t review this computer because I haven’t used it.

Loved it! Easy to manage, doesn't require a lot of space which is great!

Got this all in one for $349 on sale, it comes with the standard 4GB but you should invest the extra $30 to max it to 8GB. It works well and does the job for Internet and MS Word/Excel. I would buy it again.
