I purchased this computer for my kids to use for homework and research. The system is very reliable and easy to for my children to use. It has a built in Cortana system that is very helpful and convenient. Overall great product. It fits perfect in our computer nook.

Purchased for my daughter who’s attending school virtually. Only used for web browsing until start of school. Now school’s in...opens files and school sites okay, but it takes forever to download some of her work. Resorted to sending video assignment files from her phone. Hopefully increasing the 4GB memory will boost the speed. Then it won’t be a total waste of money. We’ll see.

The product is satisfying all of my computer needs and not having the extra tower in the way is helpful.

I purchased this as a stand by to have when my main computer was down. I had no idea it was this slooooooow!!! Using for internet only and nothing else. It reminds me of the old dial-up days. Constantly having to do a disc clean up. For me, its the next best thing to nothing. Sorry HP. I thought you guys were better than this!!!

Easy to use for a beginner and it doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Kind of slow but we have a lot of stuff on ours so that probably slows it down considerably. Otherwise it works great

Given as a Christmas gift to our 89 & 91 year old parents. They are very happy with it. Mom said she loves that the unit is entirely white, the keyboard keys are light on the touch and the monitor is bright and wonderful. They are both very happy about with it. Installing the unit was a breeze as well. Overall, would highly recommend this.

I use it everyday as my home computer. I switch easily between this and my office computer. Worth every penny!

Verry easy computer to install and use and at a great price

If I had more time to shop around, I more than likely would have purchased a higher quality model. I have been a lifelong fan and user of HP laptops and computers; but I am disappointed with this one. The fan is extremely loud; it takes too long to wake up from sleep mode and to load applications. It is clearly not designed for long time daily use.

I like how compact and easy to move around it is. Would have been cooler if it was touch screen though.

Gets the job done for simple tasks. It is a basic computer at a decent price.

LOVE THE COMPACTNESS OF THE COMPUTER THE WHITE IS BEAUTIFUL

Very disappointed in this PC. First there is an annoying hum and noise which I have never heard in any PC even going back to the IBM PS1's. Second, the screen is at maximum brightness and yet seems faint and hard to read at times. Third, it is very slow and we have a very good internet connection. Side by side with another PC and there is no comparison. This PC is only used for personal financial info and daily news, emails and occasional shopping. It is a chore to do anything. I would rate it a zero if I could and I want to return it.
