Love this all in one computer. Really easy to set up. I like the service Best Buy gave when I went to pick up my computer. They came out to my car, when and got my item in less then 15 mins. Thank you so much for Excellent service.

This computer is perfect for my day to day activities. It's much more compact than my old PC, which I love. There was a delay with shipping (Not because of Best Buy), but I contacted them anyway. They solved the problem immediately.

I purchased this for my daughter who is a freshman in college. She already owns a chromebook so I wanted to ensure that she had access to Windows in case that her classes weren't compatible with Google. So far, she has exclusively used this PC because the schools wifi has not recognized her chromebook yet. I am glad that we purchased this!

It’s kind of a slow processor ... I should have bought a faster one ... but for the price it’s worth the money but if you are using this computer for very day work.. I wouldn’t recommend for a business ..

Set up with the app was so simple, good wording and good graphics. It made the set up very simple step by step. Can't go wrong. The ease of use after set up is great, I printed a little over 300 pages so far without any problems at all.

I didnt have the computer for a year yet and the screen just went black I had to send it in to get fix and its so slow its horrible I barely use it now currently waiting to buy another one.

We purchased this computer for the office originally. My secretary loved it! However, when COVID 19 came we brought the computer home for the children to be home schooled! It has worked out amazingly! I will be ordering another for the office.

great computor.much faster than our old one. great graphics and much faster as well.great service from the geek sqad as well.sales people excellent!! bought one but the graphics were not good for gaming.had no trouble returning it and buying this one got a lot more for an extra 100 bucks!! was also on sale for 100 off regular price.This is the best computor we have had and would recommend it highly.they rushed the transfer to our new computor so our down time was minimal.Highly reccommend best buy when you need a new computor!!!!

I bought this computer for my 13yr old son and it has been great. He is able to play his different games on it and other things as well. It is very easy to use and the speed of it is as good as you would expect. The only thing that is a little bit on the downside is that it is white so the keyboard shows every bit of dirt from using it.

Bought this for my husband, who has an apple computer, too. He likes the all-in-one HP as a 2nd computer to work from. His son also has the all-in-one HP which we bought for his birthday. He said it is very easy to use.
