Good basic computer. Good for family use and home.

Purchased this for my parents who are in their 70s. Easy to use and easy enough for my parents to handle their normal computer time with minimal questions.

Not the fastest all in one but it gets the job done.

My past computer died during the first days of the COVID-19 shelter in place. So with unsure income, I went cheap and ordered this computer. It arrived today, I set it up and right away the black colors on the monitor are bright gray. I looked at the monitor settings, on this computer you can only adjust brightness, like you can on a laptop. I bought this for the sole purpose of scanning photo negatives. There is no way to adjust the colors or contrast of the screen - I pulled up a monitor calibration graphic on the web and as I suspected this monitor cannot display even color and black/white density very well, there is no clear separation between colors/brightness. The monitor is harsh to look at and at lower brightness, it looks flat colors/contrast. Several reviewers commented this computer is slow, it is very slow. I honestly don't know what anyone would be able to use this for other than web surfing - and it you are doing that, buy a Chromebook for $179 for must faster experience and a better screen. This computer is severely under powered and very cheaply made. The keyboard and mouse cables are maybe 1/2 as thick as a standard mouse/keyboard USB cord. Save your money, skip this computer at any price above $100. If it's this slow out of the box, think of how bad it will be after a few windows updates.

Needed a pc for our business office. Does the job.

Bought this laptop so my wife can do her online College classes, has been working great with no issues. Great computer for basic internet needs, browsing, online classes, youtube, Microsoft office etc.

I have always used HP computers whether they are laptops or desktops. Bought this computer because I am back at school and it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It does what I need it to do. Very happy with my purchase.

Great price and works well for what I bought it for. I plan on taking some online courses soon, and do not want to have to worry with sharing the house laptop with the kids. So far I am very pleased!

Not bad. Use it mostly for work, emails, small reports, and keeping up with work stats, nothing major whatsoever. However it does seem to run on the slower side. Just have windows installed, no other programs.

This is a perfect computer for my elderly parents, who use it mainly for email, light word processing, and some web games. The big screen and fast processor are all they need.

This computer has been excellent for my work purposes and school. I love how sleek it looks and it is also lightweight. Definitely would recommend.

This computer is used mainly to access internet sites and retrieve email. I read a few reviews about how slow it was but we don't really notice any problem with this but we are light users of this particular computer.

Slow processing speed and loud audible humming sound from this computer is annoying

This computer is perfect as a family computer. The keyboard is slim and I like the buttons. Also, it’s compact due to it being an all in one which saves space. I love it and it was definitely a great deal!

This computer is less than a month old. I have had multilple probelms with it. Problems have been with Microsoft teams, slow sluggish, not fast enough. I should not have to ask for help this many times with a

Cheap and slow is the best way to describe this computer. If simple access to internet is all you want this may be an option. I wish now that I had spent the extra money.

We bought this as something for our child to use during COVID-19 to do his schooling from home. However, it has brought us nothing but slowness, teacher not being able to see him, pages taking 5 minutes and more to load and websites not loading properly or being kicked out of the platforms he needs to be in everyday. We even upped our internet and had everything looked into... we ended up bringing it back in and traded it in for a laptop which so far is working out. The gentleman who helped us today advised that everyone has been returning this computer lately. Save yourself time and do not buy this

I was looking for a simple computer. don't play games, download movies, etc. This fit me just fine. The salesman never told me there was a build in dvd drive, I guess so that he could sell me an external one.

I wanted an all in one desktop and HP came through. A TB of memory and a read and a read and dvd. The only thing i added was 4 gig of ram at a modest cost. I truly love this machine.
