The camera’s resolution is not good though. But overall, Good enough for home school use and the price is reasonable

She does EVERYTHING on it. From homework to video games. Only problem I had to purchase a new mouse. The one came with it broke easily!

Customer service not helpful.

I also spend $200.00 on the most expensive customer service package you offer. The three times I've called customer service, I have had long wait time. I been told that the customer service I'm getting would have been the same if I had not spend the extra customer service. There are several problems with the computer. all I want is the service I paid for. A manual for the computer would be helpful.

Good computer for not everyday use

Also, having trouble scanning. I can scan but can't find it. Look in docs, photos, scanned items-but nowhere!
