She needed an upgraded computer and this all in one was perfect. No complaints its everything she needs, it looks good and it gets the job done.

Worst computer I ever purchased

The camera was so poor that it created a grainy picture and I couldn't run Zoom on it. The screen color, contrast and image clarity made it look like you were in a foggy place and the glare was unbelievable. I tried it with many different screen setting options and could never get it to a comfortable spot. It was so slow, even in performing off line functions, and online was something akin to dial up. I thought I had gone back in time. Not sure why - I have had many HP products over the years and have had an excellent experience with each and every one that I purchased in the past. Perhaps this one was a lemon? I will stick with my speedy workhorse 14 inch HP laptop until I can afford a better computer. I teach computer skills classes at a college and have used many different kinds and configurations of computers, both at home and at work, and I am sorry that this one was so inadequate.

Ok for basics and minimal activities, not fast

Unfortunately kids will be kids and some how have done something to it causing it to no longer turn on, and instead make very loud and annoying beeping noises when you try to turn it on. The beeps continue until you just turn the thing back off. So I’ll be taking it in today or tomorrow to find out what they broke, just glad I paid for the extra “kid coverage” on this one!

Easy use is AHHHSOME!

Working from home is the new norm for most of us so I made an investment, a good investment. I don’t have wifi connection in my home but hey unlimited data with my phone carrier works right lol the hotspot picks up well on my desktop to surf web and hold my ZOOM meetings. And I just discovered I can print to the drive!!!!! Like this is awesome considering I ran out of ink with my printer hahaha. It’s like a new toy for me!

You get what you pay for!

From day one. It's really frustrating to have this experience with a brand new desktop. Also, the webcam quality is TRASH!! If this is for a kid in high school or just something to have around the house then you might be good. If you needs a desktop that works efficiently you may want to consider something else..
