    Grossly underpowered and required immediately SSD and memory upgrades. Very simple to do if you're knowledgeable on such things. Inadequate Shared graphics memory, with no way to change it to improve the quality of the display. In short, this makes a good kitchen computer for following recipes but it would not be a good computer for a student. Get the model with at least 16GB RAM and an SSD.

    Was disappointed with the person that sold it to me didn't offer anything so I had bought a virus protector something went wrong had to take it back paid 40.00 to get it cleaned and protectoand r installed. All this extra money is ridiculous. The service people were very helpful. But being that I'm 67 and not computer savvy doesn't help. Wish it wasn't so expensive to have them set it up for us seniors. We're on a tight budget.

    We received this 2 days after ordering, works great, but did have to get a new keyboard, the 1 that came with quit working, but received it within 24 hours free of charge

    Got this computer for my kids to use for school since everthing is virtual. It has built in wireless and a CD/DVD drive and everything that they need. A great buy.
