    I noticed a big difference in customer service. Several years ago when I purchased a laptop, the sales person had no answers for my questions, and had t consult two other associates for answers. With this encounter to buy a desktop computer my questions were answered before I asked them. Your associate was not only knowledgeable but courteous and service oriented.

    I set up in hotel to work, was better than a laptop. large screen, keyboard and mouse. Love it.

    I bought this computer for a family member thinking "new computer=fast computer". Boy was i wrong. This computer o Is ok I guess for email checking. But, my family member uses it also for online dominoes....it struggles to work for even that. It looks great and has a idea, but i would never ever let anyone buy this. I have a laptop that operates fast as lightning. I am very very disappointed in thus all in one.
