EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

I purchased the computer in December 2020, didn't officially set it up until January 2021, started using it in March and it is extremely slow. I barely use it, only wanted a desktop for each search and email capabilities and it runs as if I've used it for many years and it's at its storage capacity. I called Best Buy and they told me anything after 15 days of purchase I'd have to call HP. I called HP and because I've had the computer for 6 months instead of just 3, there's nothing they can do for me other than charge me to assist. I read the reviews before making this purchase and thought it was a good move. It wasn't. And now neither Best Buy or HP will assist without me paying for additional help. I am extremely disappointed and will never use another HP product again.

Perfect for a small office

This is definitely a step up from a traditional desktop though. Everything, aside from a key board and a mouse, is inside the monitor to include a disc drive. The small amount of space this takes up on a desk makes it nice to have more room for paperwork or books or picture frames.
