It’s ok. Wish Microsoft would get it right and quit updating every-time you turn it on

This all in one saves on space. Plus is faster then what I thought it would be.

I don't have much need for larger computer. This one fits my basic uses.

HP is a great computer company, I have three and this one was good but not as fast or good as my Pentium computers. I would have kept it (great price) but after using a 32" screen for a few years, I could not get used to the small 19.5".

Got this for my senior aged parents. They love it. Runs great and speaker are nice. Screen has a good display. Plenty of USB ports for printers and the such. Has everything you need in the box. It’s does take about 30 minutes to get everything up and running as it downloads stuff.

This is the worst computer I have ever bought. Might look nice and compact but it is so slow!! Take probably 20 minutes to turn it on and even be ready to click on anything. Every time you open anything it loads for another 3 to 5 minutes if your lucky. Good Luck switching between screens you already have open and loaded. Still takes 3 minutes for it to wake up enough for you to do anything on it. Don't waste your money. Only had it for 2 months and ready to throw it out the window and buy a new one!

This all-in-one is really nice. I had to upgrade because I had Windows 7. I wasn’t sure I would like Windows 10, but I’ve gotten used to it. The only thing I don’t like about it is the wired mouse so I use the wireless one I used for my laptop. I would definitely recommend this computer.

I purchased this system for my 8 year to be able to participate in virtual learning experiences over the summer. The system is SLOW! We are only using google/google drive/ google meets. The it takes 15 minutes or more to load website. We have stopped using the computer. Unfortunately, we are outside of the return window. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM! EVEN IF IT IS FOR A KID!

Every time I go into the store I am so pleased with the attention and the knowledge of the sales staff. When I bought my Surface, even the store manager came over and congratulated me on my purchase and helped with a payment plan. She was so helpful and I came away very satisfied.

I was excited to purchase an All-in-one computer for an affordable price but once we began to use it we realized how slow it is. According to a known tech. The processor is outdated and slow. I am disappointed with this computer.

I've had trouble with this PC since day one. It kept rebooting especially when I was not using it. I updated the BIOS, or hoped I did. I also reset the PC. It reboots less than it did before. Otherwise it's fine for what I do.

not the best grandma has only ad computer 2 months its slow as a snail. today she turned it off and now it wont turn back on. Bought computer 1/2/2021 so not a good sign that within 2 months its struggling.
