I bought this computer for my daughter to play an online game. It takes forever to boot up, forever for the game to open up, and forever to do anything. No chance of running to program simultaneously. I would not recommend this.

Very very slow computer for it's price. Am returning it for a different one. Wouldn't recommend buying this one, unless you absolutely have to have a computer and cannot afford one that's a bit more expensive.

This specific brand has me reconsidering purchasing any more hp products. I am all for compact PC's/all in one computers, but if you're looking for a computer for just office work this is for you. otherwise wouldn't buy another hp.

Half the memory goes to running the OP. Good luck running multiple apps on this piece of junk. I had to return it. Best Buy was VERY GOOD taking a return tho...

It was a beautiful piece of equipment until I turned it on. There were two noises coming from it, one obviously a cooling fan with an expected air blowing noise. The other noise was a whirring sound at a lower pitch. I thought perhaps it would go away after it"warmed up" but it didn't. I Googled the issue and noticed it was a common problem. So I packed it back up in the box and returned it. The clerks at the return desk could not have been any nicer. I got a full refund. Unfortunately I won't be able to recover the time I lost setting it up and then driving 15 miles back and forth to the store.

I wanted to replace my 7 yo laptop. I went for a less expensive option. Found this all in one for a good price. I’ve only had it for 3 days. I’m returning it! “SLOWEST” computer I’ve ever used in my whole life! Slower than my 7 yo laptop! It’s so loud! Sounds like it’s running on dial up. I should have paid more attention to the reviews!!!! “A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT”!

I regret buying this thing, it's a total dog. Immediately I had to buy more RAM in an attempt to make it useable. Everyone hates this computer and it's been sentenced to a desk that nobody uses. Would never buy again.

Should be easier to copy EVERYTHING from one computer to another.

So I bought this computer not that long ago and as soon as I started using it it was really slow. Haven’t returned it or anything because I need the computer for school but I’m gonna start looking into new computers

I think it’s a good computer to tell you the truth it’s just that I really don’t know about computers I just got it for my son’s school but other than that it’s ok I like it I think it works well and I hope everything it’s good with my purchase ☺️

It is good for what I need to use it for and the price.

The computer did not move fast enough for me. I thought maybe it was because I have other things connected to my WiFi, after I turn on my other devices, it still did not help. If you have patience for it, buy it.

I really appreciate the time and patience shown me by the employee from the Geek squad "Jake". I came in for one thing and he gave me what I needed. I consider the personnel to be professional and knowledgeable. Can' beat the price and the service.

This computer is GREAT! My only issue is the power button being underneath the monitor. I have issues with my hands and can’t always feel where the button is. I end up tipping the monitor so I can see where the power button is.

fits what i wanted. Not a lot of bells and whistles.
