My visit to Best Buy as always was a great experience. Salesperson was at the top of his game. Explained all the benefits of the unit I purchased and the benefits of the contract. Very pleased with the service I received.

This computer is easy to use. It's great to have an All-In-One because you don't have such a hard time to get everything set up. I also like the 19.5" screen. It's easier for me to see everything.

Set up was super quick, as with most new computers there were a ton of updates that came through at different times. Making me restart my computer repeatedly, but each restart was super fast.

We had a great experience inside this store.We purchased our computer and our sales person hooked us up with the GEEK SQUAD to set up our computer. It was very pleasant to work with this team.

Had bought my son multiple laptops that kept breaking. Decided to go with desktop. It’s stable and it has also improved his study habits in that he’s not lying down on the bed to work. Very happy with this purchase.

I'm not happy everything that was on my other computer was downloaded on this one, and it takes forever to open some of my web pages. This is a brand new computer it should be fastest than it is.

Great PC for what I need. Online shopped, quick and easy in-store pick up & in and out of the store within five minutes. Can’t argue with that, I’ll definitely recommend Best Buy to family & friends in the future!!!

This computer does a good job for the price. It was purchased, when on short notice my wife started working from home. I dont find it to be as slow as the other reviewers had noted. Overall I would buy again.

I’m still learning on how to use it and I like it very much. So many things I can do. I like the Bluetooth, haven’t used the camera yet. I need to purchase an anti virus cause the one is only 30 day free trial

One of the Geek squad helped me because my computer was going to be costly to replace. He did not push anything but plainly explained what I could expect from each computer. Very helpful and an overall great experience

This is not the best computer I have owned. It is very, very slow and the quality of the monitor is less than desirable. I would not purchase again.

it great but small screen and the disk slot is hard to find the button, Actually this is my first time using all in one computer am used to desk top and the SD reader is at the bottom and i have to lift the screen to see it.

I Like the functionality of this All in One. Great speaker volume but the only thing i am disappointed about is the display resolution. Very cloudy appearance. Not impressed and I would have expected more from HP product

It's an HP that functions. For basic functions it was just too slow. I love the touch screen but i had to return it to get something a bit faster.

Everything was fine until the screen starts to scramble on power up it’s probably why it was a open box and the only one available but now it’s to late to return or get fixed so I guess it’s mine to deal with

It's not as fast as I thought it would be, but it gets the job done. Only a 2.4 instead of 5 gb wifi. Can only upgrade to 8GB of RAM. I thought it had 2 bays. It does work for what I need it for though.

Processor is slow and cannot handle two windows open at once. I did return it in the end. Great PC for granny, not so great for a home office.

Not really worth it unless ypur just using it for basic browsing. Its extremely slow and takes forever to just to start up.

I nned a newer computer as our company has us working from home. They did give us a spec list, which I followed. Opening a window or program takes forever and if you have to open another it is probably going to another 3-5 minutes before it loads. I did not go into this thinking that this specific product would perform at a pace as a gaming computer. But I did not expect this either.

I love it. Best purchase I made this year. The service was great and I’m very happy with my purchase. The employees are terrific and very knowledgeable about the products.
