Had problems right out of the box.

Right when the warranty expires, pc goes crazy.

I was surprised that they still make computers this slow. It also came with a mouse that didn't work. I returned it and purchased the next model up, which was $400 more, but the speed is night and day. I do not recommend this model.

Frustrating, time consuming and expensive experie

We tried three different systems that ended having various issues. The last system never even left the store and started failing during technicians downloads. Very time consuming and unpleasant overall. What was purchased was faulty, deactivated or inactivated. The staff was accommodating with limitations and too frustrated.

HP all in one desktop
