    Attempted to exchange this on 1/19/2020. Bought as a Christmas gift 12/21/19. Was told I cannot exchange or get store credit. As far as I am concerned this is a defective product. The 15 day return policy is a ridiculous concept at the hoplidays when things are given as gifts and people travel. This experience has evidenced Best Buy is not interested in Customer Satisfaction or retainment of consumers.

    Worst computer I have ever owned! I purposely went for the 1tb hard drive to have a fast computer, this is NOT it! Most of the time I cant even send a facebook message to give you an example. If I were able to return this I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT!!!
