Good for the price, this computer is good for what I use it for. Just emails and printing stuff.

Easy to assemble. I suggest to upgrade the memory, Just a little slow.

So easy to unpack and set up! Plug in and .... wait and wait.... Loading Microsoft Office also took a VERY LONG time. But for the price, it's a great value! Oh, one more problem is that it took SO LONG to receive it! The "delivery date" kept being pushed back (due to HP being backed up, I'm told) several times.

I was looking for a basic computer to supplement the ChromeBook that my 3rd grader was using during spring at-home learning. I didn't want to spend a fortune but also wanted it to work for what we needed. It had a camera and with the specs listed you would think that it would function for what we needed. We purchased the only one available that was open-box-excellent condition which says that it comes with all applicable accessories. We chose that because a new one was not available. But the description said it would arrive with everything so we went ahead with it. We experienced pretty fast shipping. When we unboxed it we only found the charger, adapter and computer. None of the accessories that I thought I was paying for: mouse, keyboard or owners manual. We set it up to see if we could ignore that and it took forever to boot this thing up. It took 30 seconds for a webpage to load and any video we played the sound would start but the video took about a minute to load. Completely unfortunate. The delay wouldn't be such a big deal but then it dawned on me that anything that he had to do that was timed would suffer. His basic typing lessons wouldn't be possible. He'd probably get in one word per minute. We also decided to contact BestBuy regarding the missing parts and got a total run around. Online Chat associate pretty much said it wasn't his problem. Brought it into the store for return and it was almost as if we were asking for something more than what we originally paid for and what was in the listing. A little bit bizarre and disheartening. I really rely on BestBuy for our big technology purchases and haven't had that type of experience before. I would avoid this computer even if you are looking for a daily email and web browser.

extremely happy with this computer....it is my second one and wouldn't want another style....easy to install and easy to use..... compact and stylish...other people have commented on the clean lines and ease of use. Very happy with it.

I purchased this because I need a desktop computer. I got a great deal on this desktop computer, it looks nice on my desk. The cons is that it runs slightly slow, but not enough to complain about if you are just doing work or school work on it.

The HP- 19.5 All-in-One is all good. I thought it would be quiet. The only problem I have is with the fan it makes a lot of noise. The keyboard and mouse are wired. (I wish it were wireless.) I gave it a four-star just because of the noisy fan. The sound is excellent. Overall it is a good computer. I like it, and I would recommend it.

Works great! Easy to use and looks great too. Hope it does everything we need.

If you're looking for a computer with a lot of storage but not interested in speed this is a good unit for the money processor is fairly slow but if you're using it like I am for photo and video storage and light browsing of the internet it's a great deal for the money

Computer is a little slow, but the overall value is still good for the price

Great for my daughter! She uses it to play games and for virtual learning. The only complaint is that it gets very loud after being on, I guess it’s the fan, but we had to turn it off to turn the fan off. Other than that, it’s great, and my daughter loves it!

I bought this to replace a hp laptop that is going out. I’m not impressed that they discontinued disk drives on most models but with the way technology is progressing it’s how it is now. It performs as well if not better them most products on the market. I have no complaints about this product.

I got this computer for my grandson to work on for school from home and it has been very convenient. It is an all in one so it doesn't take up much desk space and is very light. Doesn't require a separate link for the internet as it is built into the computer.

I don't need a home computer for much, however my previous one had no memory, I couldn't back up my phone, install new equipment etc. it was used when I received it. This has been great. I have even needed to move it between rooms and is easy to do with it being an all in one. Almost like a lap top as long as u don't need to leave the house
