I bought this for my grandfather whose older computer had recently died on him. The set up was easy (took less than a hour) and I was about to show him how to work it fairly quickly. It was very space conscious as well. It fair perfectly on his desk.

Bought this for my mother-in-law and she loves it. Doesn’t take up much space and easy to use plus incredible memory!

It does what I needed it to do. I use it for reading and grading student papers. It is a bit slow and for virtual meetings it’s a bit of a chore with the audio and visual. If you don’t have a back up laptop you might consider a faster desktop. But it’s great for what I use it for. I’m enjoying my purchase

It is just the right size for my counter. It is easy to use! The All-In-One is even better and more convenient than my laptop as it takes up much less room. The only problem I have noticed is it seems a little slow sometimes, but not enough to be a problem.

I am very unhappy with this computer. It is sooo slow and always sounds like it’s get ready for lift off. I only use it for paying bills and shopping, so I thought I could live with the slowness, but nope! I’m resetting it and taking it back.

I’m super happy with the value of this deal! The desktop is sleek looking; and very quick and responsive. What was most impressive was the cost! Always great to visit Best Buy around the Holidays; you’re in for dope deals!!!

Just seems slower than my ASUS PC.. good memory space

I brought this computer for my aunt, so she could check her emails, order things online and type programs for her church. She just retired, so she didn’t need a fancy computer with a ton of storage and extras. She loves her new computer! It was easy to setup. It took less than an hour. She upgraded from a 2007 windows vista, desktop tower computer. She Says it looks good in white, but she wished it came in silver to match with her television and appliances. Overall she is happy with her purchase. The graphics and pictures are crystal clear!

It a good computer, does have room for more ram slots inside the case. I was informed that it is isnt able to be upgraded by your staff that i purchased the computer from. The only annoying thing was not being able to track my order online was frustrating and getting info on why it was delayed.

Bought this on sale and love it. Very clean, sleek design. HP setup assistant walked me through it all and it was ready to go in no time. Is a little slow for me for work but I bought more RAM at Best Buy and now it is perfect.

what am I reviewing the computer or the sale - or may be the geek squad purchase. Or maybe all. The computer I cannot review because it will not work without my spending money. The geek squad thing, well honestly if we go by the way you returned my old computer, this was a good buy. The sale was OK. The sales person was very helpful. I had to move around the store a whole lot to get it all done, but it got done. I received my all in one and it seems to work. But I'll never know because the office product i have i don't have the key it wants me to provide. So although it is cute and convenient, it's just another bad buy.

It's a decent computer for the price. A little slow but works good for surfing the web and kids school work. Also handles sims 4 fairly well.

Great help inside the store. My wife and I purchased the HP all in one desktop. It is a fast machine and does everything we want it to do. The only slight disappointment was the camera in the all in one only goes up to 480P 4:3 aspect ratio. We will be using an external camera.

Very pleased with my purchase. The Best Buy associates were very helpful when I told them I was looking for something that included both the monitor and the tower for a new computer. They might not sell them together anymore, but I was very surprised when I was shown this All-In-One. I came in looking for one thing, and left with this, which is very nice. I never even knew computers came this way! I haven't had any troubles in running it or using it for what I need. My older laptop doesn't quite want to stream certain things, not without some buffering issues, so this all in one runs like a dream. I'm very happy to have been lead to this purchase, and would happily purchase at Best Buy again.

I got this because I needed a new computer for work with a bigger screen than my laptop. It’s great! Not the fastest computer by any means, but it has no problem running internet pages, my work program, or using Zoom. So it’s perfectly fine for what I needed it for and at a nice price.

We bought this more to check email on, watch youtube tutorials, and run some small projects on, and it works well. The speakers are a little bit too quiet, and the fans run a low, but that is similar to any laptop and thus not unexpected in a 2 in 1. Not a high multitasking computer, however.

Got these for my girls since they’re homeschooled currently. They definitely run pretty slow, but that’s to be expected for a 4gb memory setup. We will be upgrading them soon for sure, but they got us through a whole year of homeschooling without any issues.

Excellent for the price, easy setup, great for buisness and general use. I would recommend for anyone looking for something reasonable priced also all in one makes it great for a small home office.

Very Very Slow. I'm so disappointed. Waste of money. It looks beautify and the design is great but the system is so slow that my son is unable to use. We only had it for 2 months and Best Buy will not let me do an exchange. They literally told me to try and sell it. My son needed this for his virtual schooling online for google classroom. The system lags and runs so slow. I purchased 2 of these and they both are slow. Its not my WIFI either. I have top wifi. I had to purchase a laptop.
