Good starter computer and good overall tech support

This is NOT Best Buys fault. But this is horribly slow. Slower then my 10 year computer that i replaced it with. Check consumer reports it is at the bottom of their List. My mistake I should have done more checking.

It is extremely slow. I can type only 3 characters at time because I just hangs until I type 3 more. It spent 4 days there last week and I was told it was fixed. It is NOT!! Now going back for the same problem.

This computer is horrible, very slow. It took 4 hours to reset back to factory setting. Wouldnt allow me to open a picture file, not enough memory according to the Geek team . I'm returning asap.

Slowerand louder than the PC I had back in 1995. Don't waste your money on this junk!

I purchased this computer to replace my 10 yr old Dell Inspiron which still works but had developed some problems. The purchasing experience - including curb side pick up - went well. Initial set up was easier than expected. But now that I have both computers set up and operating I find that the 10 yr. old Inspiron outperforms the new HP! I have contacted HP. Their best suggestion is to add RAM. I would like to return this item and replace it with a good laptop like the Dell 17.3 in 7000 as advertised on your web site. Would that be possible?

This is by far the slowest computer I have ever owned. I purchased it to use in my business and it is just simply too slow. Had to buy a better one and gave this one to my neighbors kids.

Wish I had return. Quality is very poor, speed is slow sounds like dial-up. I would not recommend this computer.

Slowww. Do not buy it takes a long time loading you will lose your time do not buy wish I could return it it by my 30 days are up very disappointed with this purchase

This product takes on an average 5 to 10 minutes just to boot up. It is very frustrating. I have high speed internet service and my previous computer took less than a minute.

The computer itself looks very nice. After the initial set up the computer startup time is apprx 2-3 minutes. This is letting the computer go thru all its normal progressions. I removed some of the factory software ( useless McAfee ) and disable non-essential startup software to improve startup speed.. Now a complete start up is apprx 2 minutes long. The graphics display is very low end however cant expect much from a $400.00 PC. I only purchased this as a computer to have in my kitchen to either watch tv while cooking or youtube.. Not our daily PC. I would not recommend this computer to anyone.

Bad purchase! All in one hasn’t worked right since I bought it... CD player doesn’t work, Too slow... really drags on WiFi. I normally love an HP.. but not this one!!

This computer was slow as compared to my old one and it frustrated me. Also the resolution reminded me of a LeapFrog video game.
