I have had no problems with HP in the past but computer was extremely slow. Was dealing with it until the screen began to glitch then not respond altogether. Log in screen appears but quickly disappears. Have unplugged numerous times, ctl, alt delete and still nothing. Bestbuy call volumes are high. System just disconnected my call. Screen miraculously came back on but it happened again. Called back put in number for return call just to be called back with the same message about call volumes then abruptly disconnected. Can't speak with anyone from HP for similar reasons. I will be contacting my bank.

I always heard you get what you pay for. Another lesson learned. It's like using a computer connected to a phone line back in the day. Slow slow slow.

This computer runs really slow and the screen can only be looked at from a certain direction or it looks “negative”. I’m so upset that I can’t return it

Spend extra money to get better computer this is a $400 paper weight. Slowest computer I’ve ever used out of box

The price was great but it just didn’t work for me, need it for Zoom meetings and it was a nightmare to install Zoom and when finally got installed the video and audio was terrible.

Serviceable, but not great. Lots of lag. Takes forever to update. But gets the job done for basic tasks. I would spend more and get something else if I had to do it all over again.

Slowest computer ever. Just needed it for basic web search and it's nearly impossible to use. Missed the return window by a few days :/

This computer is sooo slow. The second I powered it on I knew it was a bad buy. It takes so long to do anything and it lags so bad. Definitely returning.

Very slow, I bought this desktop to make the online class easier for my kindergarten son but it turn to his tablet works faster than this desktop.

This computer is extremely slow . It stalls every time u are trying to open or even start a new tab . Im actually in the process of returning it back

It gives background noise when I'm on Zoom. I cannot participate in my meetings because of that. I also can't put up backgrounds which are the primary reasons I bought the computer.

THIS COMPUTER MUST TO BE OUT OF THE MARKET, SUPER SLOW , I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BE USE BY STUDENTS , TODAY ANY OTHER DESKTOP CAN BE FASTER

I purchased this computer for my mother in law it was very slow. Not only was it very slow it stopped working after 7 days I had to return it.

I received this computer & it did not turn on at all ... i have called customer care, emailed & no care from the company .... i was just told it has an hardware issue & bring it back ... no sympathy or anything... i made this purchase for my household to do the online work & desperately needed it but the business did not care ... when i went to the store to EXCHANGE (after standing in line for a half hour ) within five mins the clerk just refunded me the money & NEVER checked for another computer just refunded ... i am highly disappointed

Short and sweet. This is without a doubt, the WORST, computer I have ever laid hands on. Freezes up constantly. I wouldnt recommend it.

Looks good but very slow. Would never buy this computer unless for a kid. Using Facebook. Or streaming

Worked well for a few weeks, but now it’s super slow and programs don’t always load. Very frustrated with this purchase.

slow.. geek squad paid. Dosnt help. Hate this computer and purchased during state lockdown and can't return. Wasted 500 bucks !!
