The computer is very slow and could not keep up It would take up to five minutes at times to go to a website. I would suggest you remove it from your inventory. Because of the Covid -19 virus I was unable to return the item in the 15 days allotted . Luckily one of my children can use it for facebook games. This is not a good product.

We called HP tech support and they literally re-installed the BIOS and it is STILL not functioning. Now, my office is stuck trying to tangle with HP about reimbursing Best Buy so I can exchange this for something that actually works.
