It will be in the Geek Squad hands today. They can figure it out. But my last HP all in one was fantastic. Don't know what happened. It was shipped to the appliance store instead of the best buy store. Maybe it was mishandled or maybe it is a lemon. They did not offer me an extended warranty in store. I wonder why.

TERRIBLE

HP wanted 7-10 days for it to get to the, 7-10 says to fix it, and then another 7-10 days to get it back. Took it back to BB and got something different.

I took it back it lost over $70 from the original price not to mention still haven't received my refund back to my debit card. Back to Amazon and Walmart I go, rip off....

This computer boots slow, runs slow, and has a very bad wifi card. Yes I understand you get what you pay but if that's the case this HP should be selling for $10.

Never booted up

Seemed like a simple plug in and go computer but it never booted up. Screen kept flashing black and HP. Tried all kinds of troubleshooting and eventually had to return to the store and get something else. Box looked fine so didn’t appear to be damaged from shipping.
