WORST COMPUTER EVER

It was "Geek Squad Certified" and an absolute piece of crap I WILL NEVER USE BEST BUY AGAIN

When it initially turns on the fan is so loud sounds like a whirling plane. According to tech line nothing wrong with it. Stay away. Not worth the price.

Having trouble getting my pictures to print right from this computer, but all my other devices work fine! Will be taking a loss for sure and reselling to someone learning computers!

I returned it for a better model. Don't get taken in by the price it is not worth it. It came with a built in virus. Spent more time trying to correct it than I could use it.

Slower than slow

The look is very nice and modern but that is where it ends. Beyond slower than slow. Pages barely to not loading. So disappointing it went back the next day.

It was also loaded with not one but two virus scanners aka bloatware. Causing serous issue bought this for my wife to write her book with. Most likely will take it back.
