    I would not purchase this computer again. It takes me forever to get anywhere. If I have multiple windows open at the same time forget it. I've only had it 2 to 3 weeks.

    Even after getting rid of all the bloatware that came with this computer, it is INCREDIBLY slow and crazy loud. I don't use it anymore because it takes 5 minutes to open a program and browsing the internet is a joyless task.

    Slowest computer ever, right out of the box. My computer 20 years ago was faster than this one. I called HP Support and they wanted me to sign up for a $50 monthly subscription, so they can make it faster. I do not recommend this computer.

    Very slow. I purchased an external webcam thinking that was the issue but no... it just seems to be slow and going live on social media is a no... and the picture is horrible.
