I love this computer. I rarely use the tablet mode, but love having that feature when needed.

Best laptop I have ever owned! Lightweight, convenient touchscreen, screen moves all the way to flat against the back of the device for easy tablet mode operation. I'm still learning all of the features it has but so far... WELL WORTH THE $$.

this HP is not as fast as I would like, but is light and for travel on air planes or where there is a limit amount of space.

Does everything as expected and more. Great buy. Love working with Best Buy. This was just an extra office laptop and used to run some simple specific software, screen is a little small for more than occasional use.

I am disappointed in this HP Laptop. I had several minor adjustments to make.. However now, it often won't start? I took it to a Best Buy "Geek" squad & they really could not find problem. Since it is a new laptop - I did not expect this! Often have to re-try 3 or 4 times for the start light to come on & for computer to start.
