It's okay but the processing system is a little slow

Setup was easy and it is perfect for someone that is still learning how the laptop/tablets work.

Bought this for my boyfriend (who is technically challenged). I am familiar with computers, but not a computer genius. I was able to set up a new e-mail account and link his old e-mail account to the new one. It is the best of both worlds, a touch screen tablet and a laptop computer.

Great product. Nice having a 13" tablet when you want one.

I'm very pleased with this HP model Laptop/Tablet. It came with all the features I wanted. 1.Removable keyboard,not a fold back.2.HDMI jack to attach to TV or.... 3. I was able to load Adobe Photoshop 6 and works great.4. A great looking laptop. It has a nice slim looking design.When the keyboard is attached and unit is closed I feel the monitor is better protected. 5. Nice size screen. The cost was not a main issue in my purchase and was looking at surface pro 3. I liked the feel of the HP better. Indeed the surface pro 3 is faster,has features not on the HP, and lighter, but I didn't need the additional speed or options. I am very pleased with my purchase. A family member liked it also and is planning to buy the same model I have.

The only thing we don't like about this product is that we were told we could Bluetooth things to it but my husbands phone is a Galaxy and you cannot Bluetooth between the two & there are no programs that can accommodate thus need. This was an important feature to assist my husband in his job. Other than that, this is an awesome laptop.

it is a great product that is very convenient to use . i will buy it again and again .

the laptop is decent for the most part. the problem I have had since I got it is the battery doesn't last very long.

Bought this for my granddaughter in high school. She loves it and it is perfect for her!

I personally think the computer is awesome but I had a technical difficulty with the mouse and I'm so mad I wish they could do something about it. I would recommend if this problem is constant.

This laptop is very good, and so far I have had no issues with it.

This labtop was nothing other than problems from day one. When I try to sign in the screen goes black eighty percent of the time and I can't access anything. Recently after doing a recommend update it won't do anything period ever. Complete waste of money. Called best buy which is almost 2 hours from my home and they said they could try to work on it. Considering it is only a month old I expected more than that answer. Disguised I saved money for months to purchase this and its totally useless.
