    The new HP computer worked so poorly Best Buy replaced it with another new one of the same model which is performing just as poorly. I have not had any more time to spend with the Geek Squad and Best Buy for the time being so resolving it will have to wait a few days. There is something else to life besides computing. The Geek Squad takes hours to resolve problems. When I exchanged the first computer for the replacement, things that were supposed to be done were either not done or not done correctly. Best Buy is going to have to go a long way to get me to recommend them to anyone.

    As a realtor I needed a laptop that was more portable and lighter. With this one I can also take off the monitor and take great pics! Easy set up and overall not complaints here!

    This computer is perfect for homework. It's powerful and lightweight. What I like most of all is that it converts to a tablet. I can still work or take notes on class while having the screen close. Very happyyy overall!!!

    I really love this HP 2 in one. I love that it's touch screen. Only thing is that the top screen is heavier than the base. Which makes it flip over a lot. Otherwise no complaints. Thinking about buying one for the hubby too!!!
