Very easy to set up and operate. The touch screen is a great feature, especially at this price. Also the removable screen is a nice addition. The I-3 processor is fast and smooth, great for students on the go.

This laptop is perfect for a young student. My grandson was able to easily figure out how to use it without asking for my help. Which is a first in my family.

My first HP 2 in 1. So far So good. A little tweaky with the usage of it as a tab as the weight is an issue. LSO WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THE MIC AND HEADSET ARE GIVEN TO THE TAB INSTEAD OF THE KEYBOARD

I love this laptop. It runs efficiently and is compact enough for me to travel with. The sound is great and the removable monitor, which allows it to become like a tablet, is fun for my kids!

This is my daughters computer. She says it runs well but doesn't like the fact that the upper part(tablet) portion is heavier than the base and it falls over. She also says that the edge of the keyboard is sharp and irritates here arm when she uses it.

Being that I travel alt, I was looking for something light weight and something I could in the field. Turned out that this a very good buy for a field computer. It is a tablet and a laptop. More things to like than dislike.

While I do like the versatility of this lap top I am a little disappointed in the quality of function. I've had it for about a month and have had continual issues with the touch screen not responding to touch. I've had to turn it off and restart it and that seems to make it work again but it's basically brand new so I really shouldn't be having these issues already. It's makes me very worried that in 6 months or so the touch screen won't work at all. Besides that issue, I've had no other issues and have enjoyed using it.

I'm a full time student and part time worker. I got this to replace my tablet and my laptop. It works great and I love that I can take just the top part to class because I have my textbooks on it.

Offers convenience I was wanting. Regrettably I have dropped it a few times and it stood up against the fall quite nicely. No cracking or any sort of damages sustained. Definitely quality!

We thought it would be a great computer, but we keep taking it back to Best Buy all the time. It won't connect to the Internet and after the Geek Squad fixes it, it works for one day, and then will not connect to the Internet again. We have had the computer at Best Buy many, many times, and now we have to go back again!

Computer a perfect match for my so. Beats sound on it was a huge feature for my son. Detachable screen made it easy to use around the house. My son loves it.

I had to return this laptop 2 times the first time it didn't even turn on and the second time the screen was working perfectly fine and then it just shut down on me and it didn't want to turn back on but best buy was nice enough to let me exchange for another brand

Bought this computer for my grand kids. 1st one, hard drive went bad, 3 days out of box, exchanged it for different one ,geek squad set that one up also. Got it home and that one would not turn on. Best buy was great about retuning the computer and all software. Turn around and bought 2 apple I pads. Again thanks to best Buy, for there service and understanding.

thought i could ave increase my RAM but afraid not.If i could have done so which was advertised then the system would have been an awesome one.

The overall system is nice, but if I leave the computer in sleep mode too long, the touch screen stops working and I have to reboot to correct the issue
