    I absolutely love my new 2-in-1 laptop. It is so nice to have a computer and a tablet all in one. Also was a lot cheaper to go this way then to buy them separate.

    This PC is nicely universal, Lap Top or Tablet. Other than being a little top heavy, when using on your lap in laptop mode, it's very nice PC. The newest Windows OS does require learning and patience.

    Came in just to find an everyday laptop and found one that converts to a tablet and offers all the same specs as the other computers for the Same price. Customer service was excellent as always!

    We bought two of these machines. One had issues out of the box. The other froze up and hang at startup screen within 1 week.

    Very satisfied with product. Some initial startup problems which required me to exchange the initial unit but the second one is working with the help of the Geek Squad. They were great.

    It started out amazing but ended up freezing on me every time I would start it and it got to the point that it would start freezing all the time. I only had this computer for a month. It was much heavier and would always get dirty with anything. I ended up trading this computer for a Macbook pro and it was completely worth it.

    I was hoping to use this for a business purpose. Unfortunately so many of my business partners do not support or use Windows 8. I must keep making work-arounds and downgrades. I would like to take it back but I am beyond 15 days. Very disappointed. All of the tech people in our family are equally frustrated. Slow processing!
