This is my worst purchase ever. I have never enjoyed this crappy computer. It freezes every time. Sometimes, it take over 30 minutes to restart it. It is just a nightmare and I am never buying any HP product again.

Works well its a good item to buy for home use. Good to hv one.

Piece of junk, Don't buy one of these. I am a techy and researched many tablet / 2 in 1 laptops and this was rated 4 + stars. It should of been rated 1/2 a star. First start up, it didn't want to start, that should of told me something right there. Then I would drop my internet connection all the time and my Surface Pro wouldn't loose the same connection. I would disconnect the screen from base and lose "touchscreen" accesability. Reconnect up and would sometimes get it back and then lose again. Not fun. Switched out for the new Surface Pro 3, very happy.

Purchased but and it is a good basic computer for general internet work.

This laptop worked well just long enough for it to be out of warranty. Then it slowly went downhill after a year. With HP's partner with MS, this was like stealing money. The Windows update did not process properly, and froze up not only this computer but another. The "docking" and keyboard portion quit working, and parts cannot be found. I have reached out to HP numerous times to no avail. And Best Buy won't touch it without holding it for ransom because it is out of warranty, and I did not buy their protection. Epic fail on both BB and HP - I will never buy a laptop from either one of these places again.I paid over $600 for a piece of equipment that maybe lasted a year. Shame on both Best Buy and HP.

I got it for my daugther birthday and she love it! Is a really good laptop!

Started out with network adaptor disappearing intermittently after 3 days, best buy would not replace computer because it "worked properly". 3 weeks into owning the computer, the hard drive went. Wouldn't even power on, told me to install an operating system. Best buy would so nothing to help, and wanted to charge me $100 just to look at it. Dealing with hp is almost impossible unless you're and expert at understanding broken English. Bought a lot of stuff there over the years, But my business will forever be taken elsewhere.

this laptop/ tablet is awesome.. all the cloud features to android are out of sight.. this is a must buy product

Does a great job. Had to get used to the new Windows program which is a challenge but overall a nice machine.

This was a great gift for sister in law. You should consider this computer for someone. Maybe yourself

This computer accomplishes the desire to have a laptop and a tablet without paying that kind of cost.

I love the multi uses, comes apart and can be used like an IPad. Light weight great for carrying.

Good for everday mobile use. The T-2 is lighter than the comparable MacBook.

I bought this computer 2 months ago until now it didn´t work, the HP service warranty is terrible, right now I´m still waiting for spare part that they don´t have, do you believe it...I buy a brand new computer and they can never give a new one if they don´t have the part.. I never bought a HP product again..
