On a couple of the sides I had to click them back into place but I was able to fix it. Other then that the laptop does what I wanted it to do and has a bunch of apps and programs that it can run.

They allowed my grandkids to keep up while the schools are closed. I only gave them 3 stars because the keys on one of them started sticking after only 3 weeks. Waiting to hear what Best Buy is going to do because they live in Iowa and I live in Florida.

My windows laptop broke and I'm on a budget, Chromebook was a mistake. Using Office programs is near impossible compared to Windows. It seems as though they make Microsoft Office as challenging as possible in an attempt to make you use google docs programs instead. If you are a college student writing MLA papers, the Word app doesn't offer an option for Times New Roman. Accessing documents on Word seems to push you into using google docs instead. It is also painfully slow at loading docs. I'm returning and picking up a Windows laptop instead. 2 stars because it at least held me over long enough to turn in assignments for a couple of weeks.
