When shopping at the store, the associate helping me said that any digital pen would work with this Chromebook but that was not the case. In fact, there was only one type (according to a different employee) that will work with it so I ended up having to return it all! Overall, a disappointing shopping experience...

But it also buzzes when cooling, and I don’t love the clear plastic door shelving. Keeps things cold though.

The laptop would freeze/lock and I was unable to shut it down. I had to let it die out. It would start up again but then the same thing would happen again. I only had the laptop for one month before the first issue. After the repair, about 2 months later it happened again. I would not recommend this product.

I was not a fan of it at all which sucks because I was really looking forward to having a laptop that can turn into a tablet with just moving it in to position. The one thing I did not like at all for the price of this laptop was the quality of the screen and the coloring it projected. Hurt my eyes the whole time I tried to use it which was a bummer. Would not recommend.

Out of the box it looks nice - and setup was easy. But the screen is absolutely horrible - it looks completely washed out and is hard to really see at certain angles. The lack of saturation is just unacceptable. All you can really do is make it brighter or dimmer and that doesn't help at all. Seriously can't believe someone thinks this screen is ok in this day and age. The other thing is the track pad - it is really unresponsive - feels like the cursor gets stuck when you are moving it around and trying to click on something is a chore if it is small. for $400.00 I wasn't expecting a gaming machine - but one that could handle even webpages with more grace would be nice. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
