Defective chromebook

The screen is not working I had to bring it back to Best Buy. I was told I’m unable to return it! Why?? I just don’t understand. Now I’m scrambling and dealing with HP because Best Buy refused to assist me. This chrome book is a month old! There is no reason so much to have to deal with all this and a brand new product. Should have been returned and I should’ve been given a new device. Simple as that! This Chromebook issues for school. I cannot afford to be without it! HP supposed to send me a box to ship it to their service center. What kind of nonsense is this I’m sending a month old Chromebook to a service center?? This has been a terrible experience. Not good customer relations on Beat Buy’s part.. :(

The screen is very grainy and far away from clear. It immediately bothered my eyes. The feel of the chromebook felt cheap. For $300 it was not worth it. If you want a nice clear decent screen this is not the chromebook.
