She had the confirmation email because she ordered these items using her email. The General Manager came out to the car and basically told her, in front of my grandson, that she was a criminal and pretty much tough luck. When she added her name by calling the customer line, they said it didn't show up and since she was already holding the purchased items in her hands to go ahead, in which the clerk informed my daughter that she was jumped on by the General Manager, again making my family feel like maybe we shouldn't have ordered from that store. This was Riverchase/Hoover, Alabama.

OS is not user friendly

Also, there is no caps lock functionality - user may get confused overtimes on large documentation efforts.

It took me 2 visits to the Geek Squad. I would NOT purchase again.
