I know the screen is HD LCD so not much expected but very low quality and blurry, three days later something wrong to display , that should be manufacturing defect. not recommend this.

For what I need it for I absolutely hate it. The store I got it from didn’t have the computer I wanted in stock. They pushed me to buy a chrome book instead even though I told them I needed it for work. I do not recommend buying it if you need it for anything more than what you can do on your phone.

They both have had the same issue (fixed under warranty). Fully charged they would not turn on. My daughters computer came back 28 days ago and now the same problem again, won't turn on. Absolute junk. Service is a joke 3 weeks to be repaired by HP.

The battery or charging port fails and it cannot be repaired. The 2nd one was just over a year old and so the warranty lapsed and I had to eat the cost. Really frustrating and a waste of time. Downloading word and all other apps is a hassle I got this laptop for school and can barely use it because after saving things it’s impossible to find it.
