    Wouldn’t connect to router

    This computer did not work for my daughter. The first one would not connect to our router so I was advised to return and order replacement. After waiting another 2 weeks for delivery the 2nd unit did the same thing. We had to buy completely different model which works great!

    purchased for a 2nd grader who is remote learning. Took it out of the box a few days before school started. Charged it and attempted to set it up. Computer just kept shutting down. RETURNED THE NEXT DAY. Employee at Best Buy couldn't get it to work either.

    If I could give this zero stars I would. Maybe this is a good computer but I cant stand it. The screen is blurry and you have to pay to even use the basic adobe. Tried to return it and it was out of the window so now I am stuck with it.

    Don’t buy open box. Ever

    Never buy open box from these people. This chrome book won’t connect to the internet since I took it out the box initially and in order to get this fixed they want me to pay Geek Squad to fix it. Chrome OS is horrible too.

    This laptop freezes up and now won’t even turn on. Power light is on blue but frozen too and won’t turn of even. Haven’t even had it 2 months. Barely used it. Now it’s just sitting there black.

    This laptop was fine, my daughters love it I purchased 2 but 7 days later the laptop did not turned on again, put it to charge for couple hours and still dead. I am returning it to Best buy as I said I purchased two let's hope the second laptop last longer.

    This laptop has been practically useless. It’s slow, crashes and freezes all the time. I got it for my kid to use for virtual school this year and it’s ended up being unusable for that. A huge waste of over $400. I’m so disappointed.

    this is the worst computer. I had it 6 months and it stopped working. had it repaired and then after another 12 months stopped working again. I called HP support and they will not fix it anymore.

    Unit Died 3 weeks in to ownership

    Thought it was a good product. Purchased for child for school. 3 weeks in and the system board died (per Geek Squad) and I could not wait 3 weeks for repair. Actually returned this defective and purchased an Asus Chromebook on this day.

    I bought this computer in April and I’ve had to replace the charger twice and just recently is shut off and will not turn back on despite having half a battery. Extremely frustrating this is. Especially since I was in the middle of class.

    We were told by your in store sales person that the chrome book works with zoom. It does not work totally with zoom. That is why we inquired about this before we bought it. What we need it for. It does not work.

    Purchased this only two months ago. Very, very disappointed. The keyboard doesn’t work. Years ago U bought a HP laptop that gave me hell from the jump. Swore them off for years. Decided to purchase this chrome book and now I regret it.

    WASTE OF TIME ! It isn’t even compatible to use iTunes EVEN OLD LAPTOPS CAN DO THAT. a galaxy tablet can do more then this pointless laptop I wouldn’t even call it that. It’s a folding tablet cause HECK NO TRASH

    Purchased for my child for virtual learning. He only got to use it a few times before it stopped working. The chrome book screen said chrome OS is missing or defective. We returned the chrome book to the store.

    Very bad sound quality. Bought sound board. Tech couldn’t get it to work. Offered to send tech for free. Right before appt they called and said not free. We returned and shopped elsewhere
