We were not sure what we wanted when we went to Best Buy. Benjamin S. was extremely helpful in reviewing all available tablets, desktop units, laptops and notebooks. We ultimately decided on the HP Chromebook based on its overall versatility, ability to meet our specific needs and ease of operation. The fact that everything is Google is stellar in that we have had so many issues with Microsoft that I didn't want anything further to do with them. The Chromebook allows my wife to browse, game, shop, visit socially and almost anything that the she could do with our Personal Computer or Laptop. It is extremely user friendly, an easy set-up and she just hit the ground running. Great machine for the price. Great value for the dollar and we are very happy with the product. I've added a "Mirror Screen", a Keyboard and Mouse for her ease of operation with no issues at all. Easy made easier ! ! !

Bought one in 2020. Still works like new today. Great quality for a great price.

Love this chromebook! I have had it for 3.5 years and still works great. Touch screen is amazing and it can flip around to be used like a tablet.

Almost 4 years later, my daughter still has this computer laptop excuse me. I bought it during Covid when she had school. She still used it to this day. I swear good product. I will buy the product again good for kids durable and had no issues

Excelent chrome book except for the screen. This is a budget chrome book ideal for students. Only issue is the screen resolution could have been better.
