It was great until my computer went black. I have only had it for 3 years. I would definitely love a new one.

Does the job. Best of luck if you try for Disney Plus 3 month trial, because they've never heard of it and Google isn't going to help, unless you wanna vent in a chatroom. Really guess this is more of a review of Google customer service but still something to consider with this OS

I got my computer the next day after ordering. It is a very good computer the only thing to complain about is my L key is sticky so I have to press really hard to get it to type but overall great computer. Easy to use!

I bought this Chromebook to use for work while travelling; it is very lightweight and I really liked being able to type and use the touchscreen. At first. After those first couple days of new-computer-honeymoon, it has given me nothing but trouble. It is fine for watching videos online, but has serious problems running heavier apps, and Microsoft Office seems to be especially buggy - and slow - to the point that it's practically unusable. So much for being a work computer. On top of that, after three weeks the touchscreen had already cracked, and it seems impossible to get a replacement from a trusted vendor right now. Maybe when this device is no longer on the market, which should be fairly soon in my opinion! On the other hand I should have known: low price, low performance.

I loved this little lap top until Covid-19 and I needed to use it for more assignments. 2 of my professors have had to assign me new labs due to the laptop not being compatible with the software. The programs were; Excel + Stellerium. Both are of course available for basic use. Stellerium is available for almost all other computer models for free but with the chromebook, Its 9.99. The app wasn't even fully available as many of the buttons and menus were not available and the layout was totally different. Excel is available and usable mostly but it doesn't have options for add in features to make it compatible for a Stats lab. Also not compatible with 95% of the Adobe software. Basically adobe cloud and a Photoshop along the lines of the stellar system issues. No InDesign, Illustrator, lightroom or whatever else you may need/want. It does not have an HDMI port so dont plan on plugging it into things like your tv. Typing on this computer is really easy. Its quick and handles regular use. It was suitable for classes until virtual learning became the new fad. All things considered, I would have chosen a different laptop if I knew this was going to be the case

Love the laptop, I really do. It was quick, looks nice, works great, charged fast, I loved it. But the warranty just ended recently and a couple weeks back it completely fried itself one day out of the blue. At first, it came back okay and it would just sporadically overheat and turn off for 6-10hrs and then come back for a day or two (still not great, but at least I had a laptop), but now it's completely dead. It no longer turns on or responds to anything, and all tech support companies have said they really can't help me since it won't turn on. I'm a college student with three proctored exams in the next two weeks, and I have to scramble to find and purchase a new working laptop before then. In all likelihood, this could be a fluke accident, but I'm wary to buy another when it lasted me MAXIMUM a year and a half.

I bought hp chromebook 14B-CA0013DX in 11/2019. Covid hit and schoolls closed 3/2020. At home we had trouble with zoom not opening and staying logged in. Then we couldn't find zoom in the app store either. Playing roblox was laggy. Took it to school with one drop the screen cracked and the hinged is dented. Havent used it since it broke in nyc school. The screen jumps around and the top part where the search engine is damaged.

Purchased 2 of these Chromebooks new in July 2020. One was completely dead by August 2022 and the other lasted another couple of months. They were used by my kids for online school during the pandemic - not hard use AT ALL. Of course, they were outside the warranty, so I had to buy new laptops for them. I was very surprised because the reviews were so good and I'm a VERY loyal HP buyer.

Good quality. I was trying different ones and preffer Samsung quality.

First time with a 2-in-1 and I love this one! 10/10 recommend.

Pros - Good screen Cons - Screen glitches with very basic tasks (5/6 chrome tabs and MS word) Is not snappy for browsing Keyboard is the lowest possible quality Bottom line - For kids, this might be okay but don't expect anything significant from this laptop.

It was good for the first month or two but then, apps would not load right and weird things kept happening. The side of the screen protector popped out, so now I can't close it, AND the screen keeps going black AND, it's VERY slow (especially on Zoom) I can't keep a Chromebook for 5-6 years like this. What makes me more upset, is that the store closed due to COVID-19, I can not return it. I hope when I buy another product from this website, I wish for better quality. (this better be under warranty)

I don’t know how this computer has so many good reviews. Bought for one of my kids to do school work and it was very gently used. Less than a month and the screen went completely black. Talked to customer support and tried to reset but did not work. Now has to be sent out for repair. Very frustrating and I am not optimistic that it will last much longer after repaired. Do not waste your money or time on this piece of junk.

We have gone through 3 of this same ones since August. Chrome book stops taking a charge without warning. They have swapped out for new one each time, first one lasted 2 weeks, 2nd one lasted one day and this last one we have for about 8 weeks....this time we are just going to get a laptop.

The display on this notebook is horrible. Even with brightness turned up all the way, the colors are washed out. For me, that was a deal breaker. Also, it does not support the Zoom app. Only the Chrome Zoom extension works on it. Simply not worth the money.
