I purchased 2 of these for my kids. So far, they have been great for homeschool use. The screen size and the keyboard layout work well for my 3rd and 5th graders. I was torn between this model and the one that does not flip, but decided to go with this model because it could provide a front facing camera (which they used a lot with their old school Chromebooks). In retrospect, I should have saved myself the $ and gone with the non-flip version. However, I don't think you can go wrong with either model.

We bought this to hedge on the possibility of remote learning. When the requirements for a laptop + tablet + camera were given to us by the school, I could have gone iPad + laptop route, but that is more devices to maintain. This one combines all of the requirements and given the fact they use Chromebooks at school helps maintain continuity. As for the device itself, the screen is bright and responsive to touch. The biggest detractor is that the black finish REALLY shows any fingerprints on the screen.

I love my Chrome book . It starts and loads very fast .It folds in half so its easier to hold if I need it to be smaller . It is much faster than my desktop . I would have given 5 stars but if I use the document page or try to print something it will not connect to my Cannon Printer . It connects to printer model numbers below my and above mine but skips over my model number . If this could be fixed I would give it a five star .
